1. All information is given and Products are supplied in
accordance with the Terms and Conditions of RichterSpace.com (here in
referred to as RS). The end-user/importer is herein referred to as the
Buyer.

2. The Buyer accepts full responsibility for use of all
Products and services supplied by RS. The Buyer affirms that they will
use the Products only under the guidance of their physician.

3. The Buyer affirms that they are of legal age and
capacity in their country to agree to these RS Terms and Conditions.

4. Disclaimer. Before starting to take any product, it is
vital that you should discuss it with your doctor! The Buyer is wholly
responsible for any improper usage of products or usage contrary to
medical advice. Always discuss with your doctor possible side effects,
contraindications for use of a product or any food and drug
interactions. The Buyer is wholly responsible for any side effects that
may occur while taking a product. We do not offer any medical advice:
all information is supplied only on an educational basis. Always use the
products only under the guidance of your physician. RS is only a trader,
not a manufacturer; any requests or complaints about a product should be
made directly to the relevant manufacturer, not to RS.

5. RS will process your order only after the date when
we receive your payment. RS accept only check or money order.
|

6. Delivery time. Ordinarily, standard delivery takes 3-6
days for delivery to addresses in USA, 7-14 days to the Canada and other
parts of the world. You may request express delivery, which takes 2-3
business days, for an additional charge. However the Buyer must allow RS
up to 1-2 days for processing and shipping the order after the date when
we receive payment. In the case that your order is detained by your
local customs or other official body, the shipping time cannot be
determined. Please allow for this before raising a query with us.

7. The Buyer is wholly responsible for ensuring that their
national import regulations are met. The Buyer, not RS, is wholly
responsible for any customs problems that may occur in the case that the
import of a Product is prohibited by national law. RS will not be held
responsible for loss of any Products or detention of RS Products due to
actions of national authorities or any other officials of your country.
To avoid any problems with your order which might occur due to your
national regulations on medicines, we suggest that you always have a
physician's prescription when you order a Product from RS which might be
a prescription item in your country.

8. RS will not be held responsible for lost or misdirected
mail, unless the Buyer has requested and paid for registered-mail
service. In all cases the Buyer must allow a full 6 days for delivery
after the date of shipping. In the event of loss of the order the
products may be reshipped if the reason for loss was beyond our control.
However, no refunds will be given.

9. After the product has been shipped RS cannot accept
requests for cancellations or refunds.

10. If RS shipped the wrong Products, or if Products arrive
damaged, the Buyer must contact RS before undertaking any action. If the
fault is identified and agreed upon, RS will reship the Products a
second and final time. In the event of Products being detained by a
foreign customs authority the loss rests with the Buyer. If the Products
are returned by customs, then, when the Products are received by RS,
they may be reshipped. However, no refunds will be given.

11. Orders may not be modified or changed, nor will refunds be
given, after payment has been processed.

12. RS reserves the right to refuse orders of Products.
|

13. RS will only supply Products under these Terms and
Conditions, which are non-negotiable. By placing an order with us you
agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. |
